Clubs & Coaches covers a wide range of popular sports, including but not limited to basketball, football, soccer, baseball, hockey, lacrosse, volleyball, and more.

No, you only need an account to create listings on Clubs & Coaches.

We have listings for every age, from toddlers up to adult leagues. 

Greater advertising, description of their service, a profile that could act as their website, and much more.

We plan to create a network for every metropolitan area in the country.

Yes! Clubs and Coaches strives to offer as many sports listings as possible so you can find your game. We like to add sports once we have at least one club or coach listing for the sport. If you don’t see a listing for your sport and want to share information about a potential listing, please email us at frontoffice@clubsandcoaches.com.

Our initial outreach is primarily consists of word of mouth.   We will then transition outreach efforts to focus on schools and neighborhood communities in Maryland, Virginia and DC.  The next step is to ramp outreach via digitial platforms such as FaceBook groups.  Our current focus is to refine and work out kinks through our soft launch program.  We are implementing traffic measurement and growth technologies that will help our member organizations grow in the years to come. 

While there are intangible benefits once you join Clubs & Coaches, we are committed to helping our members achieve financial returns on their Clubs & Coaches member fees.   Clubs and coaches that we have talked with expressed that they would see a financial return even if only one additional student/athlete joins their organization as a result of joining Clubs & Coaches.  Visitors coming to find a club for one sport will learn about resources for other sports and so on.  Clubs & Coaches is designed to facilitate these connections and this ultimately benefits everyone on the network.

Clubs & Coaches does not collect any fees based on clicks or eventual sign-ups.  Interested athletes will find you, see your club/coach/camp or rec league profile and have the option to email you through the platform but you can communicate however you want after that. We want to assist athletes in finding the right resources to help them play their best.

Membership and Pricing

We offer three membership levels that come with increasing levels of visibility.  Our pricing is different for each type of organization (clubs, camps, private coaches and rec teams).  Membership fees are charged annually via credit card.  See our current pricing here. 

Yes, we offer discounts if you are just getting your club or private coaching venture started. Email us at frontoffice@clubsandcoaches.com and we will be happy to provide options.

Yes, Clubs & Coaches will bill you unless you cancel your subscription.

Yes, your subscription will be active until you cancel it.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any point by going to Account > Subscriptions > Manage Subscription. Cancelling your subscription will ensure you are not billed in the future, but will not result in a refund of a previously paid amount for your current subscription year.

When logging in there should be a “forgot my password” button, which will send an email to you allowing you to reset your password.

We do not have any tutorials at the moment, but if you are struggling to navigate our website do not hesitate to contact us at frontoffice@clubsandcoaches.com.
